Team Event 3:

40 – 3 Person Sync Muscle Ups – Pull up bar and rings

40 SCT DB 70/50lbs M/F

40 SCT DB 70/50lbs M/F

80 Double unders Each M/F

80′ Handstand Walk Together M/F

80′ Handstand Walk Together M/F

Time Cap 12 minutes

On the Buzzer 3 Athletes move forward 1set of rings and the 9″ Bar 40 syncronised muscle ups, The Athletes can switch as many times as they like. Then 2 Athletes M/F will move forward to the Single DB 70/50lbs and complete 40 Single DB Squat Clean Thrusters Syncronised, Then move to the next station where 1 at a time they complete 80 Double unders each then Handstand walk beside each other to the finish. As soon as the double under station is free the next pair move forward 1 at a time complete 80 double unders. Then together handstand walk to Finish side by side. If one athlete comes down they both come back to the last 10′ mark. The Completed time is when the last athlete touches the finish matt.
